"Where to begin. Olympia was super helpful. She is extremely knowledgeable and definitely knows the field. My boyfriend and I had some questions about PIP insurance and full coverage. Come to find out it doesn’t mean the same to the banks as it did to us. Our time was cut short, but she made us feel very comfortable and she was extremely understanding. We will definitely be reaching back out to her."

"Horrible experience here. They refused to resolve this simple issue fairly honestly or at all. The same lady who gave me problems there moved to the insurance Co I switched to and shes just as much a stick in the mud as before. But it was also Brad who refused to handle things fairly, spoke very derogatory toward me. I don't like complaimomg unless there's very good reason. I tried in every way to resolve this peacefully with office but Brad was extremely rude and unhelpful. Just told me to leave if I don't like it and don't come back. No other insurance Co has ever treated me this horribly. It was bad enough the lady there was so unhelpful but to have the pwner treat u this way, unacceptable."
