highly do not recommend state farm. i was in contact with guadalupe about home insurance and within 24 hours she sent an inspector to take pictures without notifying me. had a man named shawn smith not even knock on the door he decided to walk through my gates and go around my property while my wife and newborn where inside and did not know he was on the property. the man was not wearing any identification and my wife had to confront him outside of who he is. I then explained this to guadalupe and she repeated told me to calm down and it was not someone directly from state farm. guadalupe being the agent should have addressed this issue but she didnt not care at all, just said i was upset. she has refused to give me the information on the inspection company. guadalupe was also caught by my agent lowing my auto policy multiple times. was also giving a auto quote that they could not actually do. If you ever use statefarm get yourself a broker, agent to save yourself from this company that does not care about you. STATE FARM DO BETTER. brad im expecting and apology from you and guadalupe!
